October 05 : Day 1 – Depart for Tuscany
Board your afternoon train at Rome’s Termini station and settle into the comfort of the first-class car. In just 90 minutes, you’ll arrive at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station, where a private shuttle will be waiting to transport you to our charming villa, your home for the next six nights.
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by the owner, Stefano, whose family has lovingly tended this land for generations. Enjoy a welcome drink on the panoramic terrace as Stefano shares stories about his organic farm and the slow-food movement that shapes his philosophy.
The evening culminates with a delicious 4-course dinner, prepared with fresh, homemade organic ingredients, served at 8 PM.
October 06 : Day 2 – The Val D’Orcia Region

Start your morning with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products, served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Afterward, join our villa owner, Stefano, for an interactive cooking class where you’ll prepare a delicious 4-course lunch using fresh, local ingredients. Once the cooking is done, sit back and savor the wonderful dishes you’ve created.
In the afternoon, unwind by the pool with a glass of local wine on the terrace, or work off your lunch with a scenic walk to the hilltop town of Chianciano. Explore the Etruscan Museum, wander through charming streets, browse local shops, and take in the breathtaking views.
As evening approaches, we’ll gather at Bradi Toscani for a wine tasting paired with a light meal, featuring local cheeses, cured meats, and other regional delicacies.
October 8 : Day 4 – Siena
Start your day with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products, served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Next, enjoy a private guided tour of Siena, led by a knowledgeable local guide.
The historic center of Siena, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of Italy’s top tourist destinations. Renowned for its rich cuisine, exquisite art, fascinating museums, and medieval architecture, Siena is also home to the famous Palio horse race, held twice annually. During the tour, our guide will introduce you to the city’s 17 historic contrade (districts) and explain how they’ve shaped Siena’s unique culture for centuries.
A highlight of the visit is the stunning Cathedral of Siena, featuring masterpieces by artists such as Donatello, Bernini, Michelangelo, and Pisano. The cathedral’s breathtaking beauty, both inside and out, is sure to leave you in awe.
You’ll have ample free time to wander Siena’s winding streets, enjoy a leisurely lunch, shop, and indulge in some gelato in the beautiful Piazza del Campo. After about a 75-minute drive back to the villa, you can relax, edit your photos, or take a nap.
In the late afternoon, take a refreshing dip in the villa’s pool and unwind with a glass of local wine on the terrace before dinner.

Today, we’ll explore the enchanting hill town of Orvieto, one of central Italy’s most picturesque and well-preserved gems. This charming town, virtually traffic-free, boasts stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere. After a leisurely lunch, complete with some of Italy’s finest wine, marvel at the colorful Gothic cathedral, delve into the fascinating Well of San Patrizio, and uncover the remarkable underground cave system beneath the city.
Optional Excursion: Treat yourself to a visit to the Theia Thermal Spa instead of Orvieto (additional cost).
Upon our return, enjoy an olive oil instruction and tasting session with Stefano, learning about the art and nuances of this beloved local product.

October 11: Day 7 – Arrivederci!

At 10:00 AM, say goodbye to our hosts and enjoy a private transfer to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station. From there, you can catch a train to Rome, Florence, Venice, or continue your journey to other exciting destinations across Europe.
