October 05 -11 2025

October 05 : Day 1 – Depart for Tuscany

Board your afternoon train at Rome’s Termini station and settle into the comfort of the first-class car. In just 90 minutes, you’ll arrive at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station, where a private shuttle will be waiting to transport you to our charming villa, your home for the next six nights.

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by the owner, Stefano, whose family has lovingly tended this land for generations. Enjoy a welcome drink on the panoramic terrace as Stefano shares stories about his organic farm and the slow-food movement that shapes his philosophy.

The evening culminates with a delicious 4-course dinner, prepared with fresh, homemade organic ingredients, served at 8 PM.

October 06 : Day 2 – The Val D’Orcia Region

Start your day with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products at 8:30 AM.

At 10:00 AM, we’ll depart the villa for a captivating day of exploring the stunning Val d’Orcia region, accompanied by our expert local Italian guide. This UNESCO World Cultural Landscape stretches from the rolling hills south of Siena to Monte Amiata, offering breathtaking views at every turn.

Our first stop is Pienza, often called the “touchstone of Renaissance urbanism.” This charming village is just a picturesque 35-minute drive away. Be sure to sample the famous pecorino cheese, and don’t forget to capture a sweet memory with a photo on the quaint ‘love’ and ‘kissing’ lanes.

Next, we’ll head to the hilltop town of Montalcino, renowned for its world-famous Brunello di Montalcino wine. Enjoy a relaxed lunch, explore the shops, or unwind on a terrace with a glass of Brunello as you take in the panoramic views of the valley.

On our return journey, we’ll visit a local winery for a guided tour and wine tasting, capping off the day with the region’s finest flavors.

The day concludes with a delicious 4-course dinner featuring locally sourced, homemade dishes at 8:00 PM.

October 7 : Day 3 – Local Living

Start your morning with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products, served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Afterward, join our villa owner, Stefano, for an interactive cooking class where you’ll prepare a delicious 4-course lunch using fresh, local ingredients. Once the cooking is done, sit back and savor the wonderful dishes you’ve created.

In the afternoon, unwind by the pool with a glass of local wine on the terrace, or work off your lunch with a scenic walk to the hilltop town of Chianciano. Explore the Etruscan Museum, wander through charming streets, browse local shops, and take in the breathtaking views.

As evening approaches, we’ll gather at Bradi Toscani for a wine tasting paired with a light meal, featuring local cheeses, cured meats, and other regional delicacies.

October 8 : Day 4 – Siena

Start your day with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products, served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Next, enjoy a private guided tour of Siena, led by a knowledgeable local guide.

The historic center of Siena, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of Italy’s top tourist destinations. Renowned for its rich cuisine, exquisite art, fascinating museums, and medieval architecture, Siena is also home to the famous Palio horse race, held twice annually. During the tour, our guide will introduce you to the city’s 17 historic contrade (districts) and explain how they’ve shaped Siena’s unique culture for centuries.

A highlight of the visit is the stunning Cathedral of Siena, featuring masterpieces by artists such as Donatello, Bernini, Michelangelo, and Pisano. The cathedral’s breathtaking beauty, both inside and out, is sure to leave you in awe.

You’ll have ample free time to wander Siena’s winding streets, enjoy a leisurely lunch, shop, and indulge in some gelato in the beautiful Piazza del Campo. After about a 75-minute drive back to the villa, you can relax, edit your photos, or take a nap.

In the late afternoon, take a refreshing dip in the villa’s pool and unwind with a glass of local wine on the terrace before dinner.

At 8 PM, enjoy a sumptuous four-course dinner made with fresh, homemade organic ingredients.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast featuring homemade organic products, served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

At 10:00 AM, we’ll depart for a short 30-minute drive to Montepulciano, a stunning medieval and Renaissance hill town. You’re free to explore its narrow, winding streets on foot or take a scenic ride on the town’s mini trolley for a guided tour.

Our group will meet at the renowned Cantina De Ricci winery, where you’ll descend into a stone cavern that has been producing Vino Nobile for over 800 years. The vaulted stone ceilings, dim lighting, and towering wooden barrels create an almost cathedral-like atmosphere. After a brief tour of the historic wine cave, enjoy a tasting of their exceptional wines.

The rest of the day is yours to explore at your leisure. Sample the town’s famous gelato, browse the unique local shops, or visit the Consorzio de Vino Nobile di Montepulciano or Enoliteca Vino Nobile to discover more of the region’s outstanding wines.

Return to the villa via private transfer at 5:00 PM. Spend the late afternoon relaxing by the pool or enjoying a glass of local wine on the terrace before dinner.

After a leisurely lunch, complete with some of Italy’s finest wine, marvel at the colorful Gothic cathedral, delve into the fascinating Well of San Patrizio, and uncover the remarkable underground cave system beneath the city.
